Chennai Tamilnadu Medical applications 0nline 2015-16
Tamilnadu govt has announced the MBBS / BDS application form for admissions into Medical courses for the academic year 2015 – 2016 will Starts from May 11.05.2015.
Students can get application form for MBBS / BDS Admissions from the nearby issue centres from 11.05.2015 and the same should be sent within 29.05.2015.

Nativity:
i) Candidate should be a Native of Tamil Nadu
ii) Candidates who have studied from VIII to XII standards in schools in Tamilnadu need not enclose the “ Nativity Certificate”
iii) Candidates who are native of TamilNadu but studied from VIII to XII Std either partly or completely in schools situated outside Tamil Nadu should produce the “Nativity Certificate.
The application form with Prospectus will be issued at the following Government Medical Colleges and Tamil Nadu Government Dental College, Chennai on all days from 11.05.2015 to 29.05.2015 from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Except Sundays). The last date for submission of the filled up application is on 29.05.2015 upto 5.00pm..

The candidates can obtain the application on a written requisition to the Deans / Principal of the above Government Medical / Dental Institutions duly enclosing a crossed Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank dated not earlier than 09.05.2015 (EXACT DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER) payable at Chennai drawn in favour of “THE SECRETARY, SELECTION COMMITTEE, KILPAUK, CHENNAI-10” towards the cost of application form with Prospectus.
The SC/SCA/ST candidates who are Natives of Tamil Nadu are exempted from payment of cost of application and Prospectus. They can obtain the application on written requisition duly enclosing two sets of attested Photocopies of the Community Certificate and Plus Two Mark Sheet / +2 Hall Ticket (2015).
Only one application has to be sent for both MBBS/BDS admissions.
Applications can also be downloaded from the website link: http://www.tnhealth.org/ and can be submitted along with the required Demand draft as detailed above. SC/SCA/ST candidates need not enclose the Demand Draft.
